KSplasher - a Moodin Splash Screen Editor and Creator

This application allows you to edit a Splash Screen Theme, move icons and Texts, and save the .rc file with the changes in it. Then you can move your theme to the "/usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/" folder or where ever be located your themes. You can also create your own theme, and modificate some things.
